29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest. (a) Jagger Enterprises, Inc.; at 4200 E. Warren Ave., Denver, CO 80222; On and before July 25, 2017, the exposing employer failed to ensure that employees performing roofing at 4200 E. warren Ave. were adequately protected against falls by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of greater than 25 feet off a roof with varying pitches as they performed roofing work.
