29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(10): The employer did not ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warnings were prominently displayed on the container or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift On or about July 26, 2017, the employer did not required that each container of hazardous chemicals was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity such as, the plastic one liter bottle containing fabric spray, which can cause skin irritation. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
