In the blasting machine area where employees were exposed to caught-in hazards while walking around a blasting machine without guards to protect employees from the ingoing nip points between the blast cart and the blast cart track. c. In the primer coating area where employees were exposed to caught-in hazards while using or walking by the primer lance coating machine without a guard to protect employees from the ingoing nip points between the primer lance roller wheels and the roller track.
