29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use:  Employees engaged in foundation repair and waterproofing activities at a residence located at 1620 E. 151st Terrace, Olathe, Kansas, were exposed to respiratory hazards in that a comprehensive respiratory protection program had not been developed and implemented when respirator use was required.  The employer required the use or respirators when applying CCW-702 Adhesive.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:   At the jobsite located at 1620 E. 151st Terr. in Olathe, Kansas; Employees engaged in foundation repair activities, were exposed to dermal, and inhalation hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals in that the employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program to ensure that employees were aware of the hazards associated with the chemicals with which they work. Hazardous materials used at the site included but were not limited to CARLISLE ADHESIVE CCW-702.

Employees had not been provided with training or information regarding the hazardous chemicals with which they work. Hazardous chemicals such as CARLISLE CCW-702 ADHESIVE.
