29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(16): Portable ladder(s) with structural defects, such as, but not limited to, broken or missing rungs, cleats, or steps, broken or split rails, corroded components, or other faulty or defective components, were not either immediately: (a) Location - Carter Street, Tewksbury, MA: On or about 7/28/17, a portable ladder that was damaged was not withdrawn from service. Cedrone Corp was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard CFR 1926 1053 (b) (16), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1082384, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/15/15, with respect to a workplace located at center of Bancroft Road, Andover, MA.
