Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  On 7/24/2017, employees from Freedom Restoration and Roofing LLC were installing roofing materials on a roof of a two-story residence located at 49 Wisdom Way in Wentzville, MO.  They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.   The crew leader and three employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing them to a fall to the ground below.  Freedom Restoration and Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1112366, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/23/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 873-877 Broadwalk Springs Place, O Fallon, MO.
