29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):       a)  On or about July 31, 2017, employees performing roofing work were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 19.6 feet.    Rene Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 999481 (Rene Moreno Garcia dba Rene Construction), citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed final order on December 31, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1205 Lakeview Ct., Palatine, IL 60067.     In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.
