Rene Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 999481 (Rene Moreno Garcia dba Rene Construction), citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed final order on December 31, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1205 Lakeview Ct., Palatine, IL 60067. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.
