29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    a) Washing Machine Area:  Employees scooped and poured LXLAB Laundry Detergent (Sodium trioxosilicate, sodium hydroxide) into washing machines and additionally opened up a drum and pumped concentrated hydrogen peroxide (35%) to a tank. Employees worked near tanks from which corrosive chemicals such as  Bildex Concentrated Laundry Builder (20-50% sodium hydroxide) and Sour RR Laundry Neutralizer (ammonium hydrogen difluoride, fluorosilicic acid) from tanks, etc. were being pumped from tanks through flexible hose line connections and into washing machines. The employer did not develop and implement and a written hazard communication program; on or about 7/5/17.
