OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm employees who were exposed to fall hazards: a) Throughout facility - On or about 7/31/2017, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 24 feet when employees were using an unapproved man basket that was not labeled with the maximum capacity when employees were using it to access heights to repair lights, pipes and electricity.
