29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i)(C): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by a personal fall protection systems, such as personal fall arrest, travel restraint, or positioning systems: a) Warehouse: On or about November 20, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of more than 5 feet (60 inches), in that no fall protection systems were provided to the employees while retrieving mattress beds from the top of the stack.
