29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift. At the job site located at 30 W Pershing Road, Kansas City, Missouri: Employee was exposed to a fall hazard. The employee was power washing the exterior of the building was exposed to fall hazards of over 20 feet while working from a JLG brand aerial lift. The employee was in the basket without fall protection attached to the basket.
