On 7/25/17, at the Sardis Falls subdivision, located in Buford, Georgia, Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Instances included: a  Employees were exposed to fall hazards over 18 ft. as they were setting floor joists and flooring systems in a residential home under construction. Employees were observed at the back of the home under construction exposed to the 2 story fall below.  Employees were exposed to 9 ft. falls to the inner portion of the home under construction.   b  Employees were exposed to a fall hazard on the interior of the home as the stairwell leading to basement levels was not protected with railing and/or covered to prevent falls into the opening. Fall hazards were greater than 6 ft.   Obiel Sanchez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1176568, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/26/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 579 Loretta Way, Grayson, Ga..
