29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, in-going nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: At 3851 Corporate Center Drive, O'Fallon, MO 63368, specifically inside of the Production Department, the rotating parts belonging to the following machines were unguarded: a/ Catsridge Laminator Machine. b/ Hot Stick #1 Machine. c/ 550 Slitter Machine.
