(b) In the break room the General Halon 1211 fire extinguisher was located on the floor and was not mounted. 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(I)(a): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  (a) In the common store room/mapping room a shredder and chairs were stored immediately in front of the 220 volt Cutler Hammer breaker panel where a minimum clearance of 3 feet should have been maintained.  (b) In the West rear storage room, multiple items to include but not limited to ladders, buckets, table, water containers, and ice melt blocked access to the 220 volt Cutler Hammer breaker panel where a minimum of 3 feet should have been maintained.
