29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3)(i): All 125-volt, single-phase, 15- and 20-ampere receptacles installed in bathrooms or on rooftops did not have ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection for personnel: At the Dept. of Agriculture-FSA Sigourney Iowa Extension, the Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter in the women's restroom failed when tested with a GB501A tester.

29 CFR 1910.304(b)(4)(ii)(B): Where connected to a branch circuit supplying two or more receptacles or outlets, a receptacle may not supply a total cord- and plug-connected load in excess of the maximum specified in Table S-4: In the FSA office area a Kuerig coffee maker rated 12.5 amps and a SEM Shredder rated 8 amps were connected to an Electrapak power strip rated 16 amps exceeding the 12 amp use rating by 9.5 amps. The Dept. of Agriculture-FSA was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.304(b)(4)(ii)(B) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1248354, citation number2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/21/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1019 4th St. SE, Hampton IA, 50441.
