29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel. a) A Hyster truck was noted as having one of its front wheel brake systems defeated and was not taken out of operation, on or about, August 4, 2017. b) A Hyster truck had two engine spark plug leads exposed where employees hands could potentially contact them when actuating the parking brake, and the truck was not taken out of operation, on or about, August 4, 2017. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1910.106(e)(9)(i): Spills of flammable liquids were not cleaned up promptly: a) Back room, API fuel oil tanks and a 55 gallon DOT drum container were used to store waste motor and gear oil. A spill or chronic leak had soaked the wooden floor and concrete block wall under the area, and the affected areas had not been effectively cleaned, on or about, August 4, 2017. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
