The ladder that provided access to the roof on the front of the house did not extend 3 feet above the eave. Tovar Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1136315, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 7/6/17, with respect to a workplace located at 4080 109th St. Liberty, MO 64069
