29 CFR 1915.89(o)(2): General training content. The employer shall train each employee who is, or may be, in an area where lockout/tags-plus systems are being used so they know: Cape Orlando, Alameda Point: Affected employees pulling electrical equipment throughout the Cape Orlando work in and around areas that are electrically tagged out in accordance with the Navy's Lockout/Tagout program. Employees have not been provided the required lockout/tagout training as outlined in paragraphs (i)-(v) of this section.
