29 CFR 1915.89(q)(1): The employer did not ensure that the audit was performed by an authorized employee other than the one(s) currently using the energy-control procedure being reviewed. (a) Newport, Oregon - Marine Operations Center Pacific (MOCP) - MV Oscar Dyson - On or about December 12, 2019 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to potential inadequate energy-control procedures that could result in accidental release of hazardous energy in that an annual audit of the program was not performed.
