29 CFR 1926.1417(a): The employer did not comply with all manufacturer procedures applicable to the operational functions of equipment, including its use with attachments.    On or about August 3, 2017, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards associated with the operation of a Valla 25 E crane that was attempting to position a load for connection to the building structure.  During the placement maneuver the crane overturned while operating in a accumulated rain water that had slickened the roof surface.     Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
