29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 3607 Weston Place, Montgomery, Alabama: On or about August 7, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees involved in framing activities walk the tops of framed walls exposing them to a fall hazard of 11 feet to the ground below. THE OSCAR GARDUNO RUBIO DBA OSCAR GARDUNO RUBIO WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1183161, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON FEBRUARY 14, 2017, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 7943 OAK CREST PLACE, THE OAKS, MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA. IN INSPECTION NUMBER 1170346, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON OCTOBER 12, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 9170 WHITE POPLAR CIRCLE, PIKE ROAD, ALABAMA.
