29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). On or about August 4, 2017 at the subdivision under construction at 3658 Martin Farm Road, Suwanee, Georgia, the employer was not conducting frequent and regular inspection of the job site when the following hazards were identified to include, but not limited to: a. at Lot #6, uncover rebar where the masonry employees were installing formwork for the installation of footings and slabs. b. at Lot#6, employees were exposed to a fall hazard when material was placed on the edge of vertical wall. c. at Lot #6, employees were exposed to a cave-in hazard when installing formwork for the installation of footing.
