29 CFR 1926.152(a)(1): Containers and portable tanks used for the storage and handling of flammable and combustible liquids were not approved: On or about August 04, 2017 at 3791 Suwanee Park Circle, (Lot #6), Suwanee, Georgia; employees of HAC & Son LLC were exposed to chemical hazards of gasoline where the employer did not ensure that the sub-contractor provided and use approved containers for the use and storage of gasoline.
