29 CFR 1926.416(b)(2): Working spaces, walkways, and similar locations were not kept clear of cords which created a hazard to employees: Location: 1092 Dean Street stairs from the 1st to 2nd floor and stairs leading to the roof On or about: August 8, 2017 a) An Extension cord was routed through the stairwell leading from the first to 2nd floor. The cord was laying in the middle of the steps creating a tripping hazard. Employees used the stairs to access the work areas.

Employees used the stairs to access the work area.
