The employees were removing materials from the roof of an adjacent building.

Globe K Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1051(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1223695, citation number 1, item number 5, and was affirmed as a final order on 07/10/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 516 Herkimer Street, Brooklyn, NY 11213.
