Location: Street in front of 1148 Pacific Ave, Brooklyn, NY On or about: August 8, 2017 a) An employee was cutting concrete in the street and was not wearing any personal protective equipment such as a hard hat, protective eye wear or ear protection. Employee was cutting the concrete to install new pipes for 1148 Pacific Avenue, Brooklyn, NY. First Choice Plumbing Corp.
