29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form and scrap lumber with protruding nails, and all other debris, were not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures. At the loading dock area, lumber with nails sticking out and other debris was in the walkway. Employees were exposed to puncture tripping hazards.

29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder or combustible materials, a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour. Next to the blue shipping container, unsecured oxygen and acetylene gas cylinders were stored together. Employees were exposed to fire and struck-by hazards.
