29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Legible signs were not posted in construction areas at points of hazard:   This violation occurred on August 8, 2017, on west highway I-20, near mile marker 514, Kaufman County, TX where the employer did not provide at least one advance warning sign to warn roads users of a closed shoulder approximately eight feet wide, thereby exposing employees working and replacing cable wire and posts to struck-by hazards.
