29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour. A) Lay down area, on or about March 17, 2020, and or times prior to, oxygen cylinders and acetylene cylinders were stored together, thereby creating a fire hazard.

29 CFR 1926.651(k)(1): Daily inspections of excavations, the adjacent areas, and protective systems were not made by a competent person for evidence of a situation that could have resulted in possible cave-ins, indications of failure of protective systems. A) Median area of Interstate I-95 by Bellfast Keller Rd., on or about March 17, 2020, and or times prior to, the employer failed to designate a competent person to perform a daily inspection of the excavation and adjacent area prior to anyone entering the excavation.
