29 CFR 1910.157(e)(1): The employer was not responsible for the inspection, maintenance and testing of all portable fire extinguishers in the workplace: a) Government Vehicles, where fire extinguishers not inspected on an annual basis included: 1. Vehicle E01021, where the Buckeye fire extinguisher was equipped with an inspection tag dated July 2009. 2. Vehicle L54145, where no inspection records were maintained for the Badger fire extinguisher. The U.S. Customs & Border Protection was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 984865, citation no. 2, item no. 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on August 22, 2014 with respect to a workplace at Anacortes, WA.
