29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): At this establishment, the employer's written Hazard Communication Program did not include a complete chemical inventory list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present in the workplace: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  (a) On or about August 10, 2017, at work site at 61-40 Grand Avenue, Maspeth, NY 11378  The chemical inventory in the company's written hazard communication program did not contain a complete list of hazardous chemicals present on site and in use by the company. These included gasoline (contains gasoline, toluene, xylene), sand (silica), LeHigh Type I-II cement (contains Portland cement), and Karnak 112AF roofing coating (contains stoddart solvent, petroleum distallates, ethyl benzene).  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
