Panelboards shall be mounted in cabinets, cutout boxes, or enclosures designed for the purpose and shall be dead front: Item 1: On or about August 09, 2017, in the warehouse, the employer did not ensure that the panelboard which houses controls for the lights was maintained in a condition which permits it to be effectively closed. The latch which was designed to keep it closed was inoperable.
