29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) At the jobsite, employees were exposed to a 10'-9" fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used while installing a plywood on a 6:12 pitch roof. Violation observed on or about August 10, 2017.
