29 CFR 1910.101(b): Section 3.2.1, Compressed Gas Association pamphlet P-1-1965, as adopted by 29 CFR 1910.101(b): Where removable caps are provided for valve protection, such caps were not kept on cylinders in storage:  a)    Building 1575, Warehouse section: On or about 08/10/2017, nitrogen gas cylinders not in use were stored without valve protection caps.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
