29 CFR 1926.34(c): Means of egress was not continually maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency. On or about 08/10/17, at the Aldi's Store #76, (under renovation), located on 611 Jefferson Road, in Rochester, New York, an exit door was blocked with building materials, scrap and miscellaneous items used during the construction project. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
