29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a working/walking surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet ( 1.8m ) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) At the jobsite, 2309 N. Triphammer Rd, during construction of a new Aldi's store, on or about 5/11/2022: employees walking to/from the General Contractors office trailer were exposed to a fall hazard in excess of 6', without fall protection of any kind.
