29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form or scrap lumber with protruding nails was not kept clear from work areas: On or about August 14, 2017, employees were working on the construction of a residential home. The jobsite was littered with unused lumber; some of the pieces of unused wood had protruding nails on them. This condition created not only a trip hazard for employees but a puncture hazard as well.
