29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about 08/1/517, at the Hyundai Vision car dealership, located on 2525 West Henrietta Road, in Rochester, New York, an employee working from the basket of an articulating boom (JLG) was not using fall protection such as a harness with lanyard to "tie off" with. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
