29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) Location: a) Supported scaffold on first floor of the building next to the northeast entrance: On or about 08/17/17, employees were demolishing a chimney on the first tier platform of a single-tier-high supported scaffold that was not fully planked or decked between front upright and the guardrail supports, and were exposed to falling approximately 16 feet to the lower level. Leeco Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 979379, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/01/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 325 Degraw Street, Brooklyn, N.Y. 11231
