29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   At the location of 5325 W. 6th Street, Lawrence, Kansas: Employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet from a three story building to the ground below, in that fall protection was not used.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    At the jobsite located at 5325 W. 6th Street, Lawrence, Kansas:  Employees engaged in framing activities from a 6:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 ft. to the ground below in that fall protection training was not provided.
