29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about August 18, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations on a roof, twenty (20) feet three (3) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. Ebro, Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1142680 , citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 7, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 2910 Wildfire Drive, Peoria, IL, 61614. Ebro, Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1169778 , citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 14, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 442 Finch Drive, Round Lake, IL, 60073.
