29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. On or about August 22, 2017, at the east side of the construction site, employees engaged in framing activities used pneumatic nail guns and were not wearing eye and face protection exposing them to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.304(d): 29 CFR 1926.304(d): Each portable, power-driven circular saw withdrawn from the work did not automatically and instantly return the lower guard to the covering position of the saw. On or about August 22, 2017, at the north side of the construction site, employees using 3 Makita skill saws with the lower guard wedged in the up position while cutting framing material were exposed to amputation hazards.

On or about August 22, 2017, near the east side of the construction site, employees engaged in framing activities without fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet to the lower level.
