29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) M & M Pallet, LLC: On or about September 7, 2017, the exit routes leading outside from the rear and side of the building were not maintained and found to be obstructed with overgrown vegetation and underbrush that could hinder or delay an employees escape from the building in an emergency. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
