29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The competent person at the worksite failed to fully document frequent and regular inspections with regard to the use of fall protection equipment by carpenters working on the sloped roof. a) At the site where employees were working 20 feet high on a 4:12 roof installing sheeting, fall protection was not provided exposing employees to a 20 feet fall hazard, on or about 08/14/17.
