29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    (a) Carestream Health Colorado at 2000 Howard Smith Ave. Windsor, CO 80550: On or before 8/23/2017, the employer did not protect employees from injury in that exposed rotating parts on the red dye mixer in the Quality Lab in building C-50 was not guarded. Employees pour ingredients into the mixer drum by hand while the mixer is running. This condition exposed employees to injuries resulting from being caught in rotating parts.
