Toledo, OH: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while removing old and installing new roofing material on a residential type structure. Employees operating in this condition were exposed up to a 19 ft. fall to the ground below. Larry Tipton dba Blue Dog Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1211292, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on March 23, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1409 Eckel Junction Perrysburg, OH.
