Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a. On or about 08/24/2017, at the job site - employees conducting electrical work from a low slope roof were exposed to am approximate 12 foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used.
