29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:   Osaka Steak & Sushi, Dawsonville, GA - In the kitchen area, flexible cords were used as permanent wiring to supply power to the microwave, rice cooker, electric skillet, steamer, etc. on or about 08/25/17.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:      Osaka Steak & Sushi, Dawsonville, GA - In the kitchen area, employees handle hazardous chemicals such as, but are not limited to bleach,  sanitizer, pot and pan green, rinse additive, etc.  The employer had not developed a written hazard communication program, on or about 08/25/17.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
