29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(ii): Mobile ladder stand platforms with a platform height of 4 to 10 feet (1.2 m to 3 m) did not have, in the platform area, handrails with a vertical height of at least 36 inches (91 cm) and midrails: a) Vision Quality Components, Inc., 40 ton and 80 ton press area, on or about August 25th, 2017 and times prior thereto: Employees utilized a Ballymore brand mobile ladder in order to access and add powdered metal to the powdered metal presses onsite. The mobile ladder did not contain a mid-rail nor a top rail on the right side of the ladder exposing employees to a potential fall hazard.
