The guard at the bottom of the press was in the open position and allowed access to mechanical moving parts of the press.   B) Vision Quality Components on or about May 13, 2025 in the shop: Employees working with Gasbarre 45 Ton Press, Press # 105 are exposed to point of operation hazards during press operations on the rear of the machine.
